Strategy 
1. Stay Awake - hosh mey raho
2. Dhamma - jiska jo Dhamma hai vo vaisa he kareyga. Tumhara dhumma hai observer ka toh apna Dhamma follow karo.
3. Jo jab karney ka time aaye vo tab karo. Frustration, Lazyness etc sab energy key form hai use them to focus where it's needed. 
4. Continuity & Consistency, Repetition, Clarity. 
5. For repetition - instead of remembering what 

Eating 
1. Eat clean.
2. Eat in time. 
3. Eat required calories and nutrition.

Sleep.

Notice - At  situations I need to sleep at 11 or even earlier if I feel those negative emotions or cravings.

Sleep cycle - prepration days 
  • Ideal time to sleep - on a normal day, ask yourself is it worth extending you bed time beyond 1:30 am? 

  • Winding down begins at 12:00 Am onwards. 

    • Cut all stimulations active and avoid begin any new ones.

    • Relax yourself. - physical and mental - you practiced it already. 

    • I used today well. I surrender to silence now.

  • Waking up.


Exercise 
1. Continue the basic daily streching.
2. Practice oriented rigorous exercises. 
2.1 Identify your goals and how to achieve them
2.2 Consolidate your prior knowledge and experiences

Types of habit
1. I already do it but just need some tweaks - eating and sleeping.

2. I have to add something new - goal oriented exercises.
